Our Approach
The state government was facing the challenge of unemployment and a lack of skilled candidates. We suo motto prepared the model for state government and got the same implemented in the State:
- Created the model for the increase in employment and submitted the same to various government officials for their approval. The project was backed by research and analytics from various surveys conducted with industries
- Got the project approved from Independent Transaction advisor firm being appointed by the state government and also a cabinet of state.
- Created the Public-Private Partnership Model and also identified the Private Party who can work with the government for this project.
- The project is designed in a way to bridge the gap between the Employer looking for candidates and employees looking for employment and most importantly with the use of technology.
- It was expected that the total employment opportunity which will be created by this project would be appx 7.50 Lacs in span of 10 Years.

- Increase in Employment level in the state by 25,000 in the first year
- Appreciation of project from both Social and Economic front
