    Our Approach

    The company was facing the issue of implementation of production system with the new generation entering into a business and not being able to digest the existing system. We were hired to ensure that the transition from the old system to the new system was seamless and we successfully completed the same with the help of the following measures:

    1. Listed all the processes which are being operated in the factory and drafted the Standard Operating procedure which is followed by all the promoters.
    2. Implemented the process on the ground and ensured that the same was also giving the desired output as required by the promoters.
    3. Training to the employees about the new system being implemented and ensured that all the staff members are following the process for the period of 6 months from the day of Implementation.
    4. Designed the MIS report for the promoters, senior management, and also executive staff based on the production process thus increasing the efficiency level at all levels in the organization.

    The Result

    1. Successful process implementation, resulting in client shifting from Small space to Larger space well before the target date.
