Our Approach
The company was using Tally as accounting software to maintain their Books of accounts. With the increase in the size of the company, the peak turnover was touching around INR 1,300+. The company was looking to change the accounting software to cope with the rising complexities of a growing business. We successfully completed the same by the following measures:
- Getting the test run on more than 3 different software which could be used as a replacement for Tally
- Since the company migrated in new software in the middle of the financial year, the complete migration of data from Tally to new software was completed without any alteration to the data. Since there was a way to integrate the software, the transfer of data had to be done manually.
- With one month of parallel working, only one new software was added, three months from the time of installation.
- The employees were trained to use the software efficiently, ensuring the daily maintenance of the Books of accounts avoiding any backlog
- Ensured that the new accounting software was giving the report on one click as may be desired by the management to the extent possible and with minimal manual intervention.
